The mix of the soft grains used, the slow processing and the addition of a natural sourdough allow to have a light product, particularly honeycombed and digestible. All this, with a direct leavening at room temperature. Suitable for cooking in the electric oven, specific for the wood oven; medium / high cooking temperatures are recommended.
